We hope you love your Arizona Candle​​ as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be unused and returned with the lid. Please email arizonacandlecompanybhc@gmail.com to start the return process.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase, minus any shipping fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If you received a damaged or defective Arizona​ candle​, please send a photo to arizonacandlecompanybhc@gmail.com for our Quality Assurance team, and we will ship you a replacement right away.
